About Computar

History

A Lineage of Solid Trust as a Creative Trading Company X Specialist Manufacturer
Computar's origins date back a hundred years as a creative trading company, with half a century in optics giving us a solid foundation for growth. The CBC Group first started making lenses for surveillance cameras in 1974. It built up a solid track record in this business, and in 1981, Computar was born as a manufacturer's brand to produce lenses. Production steadily increased as the CBC Group expanded into global markets, and continues to grow today.
